"One of the most important features of a brain tumor support group is the ease with which group members can share their feelings with others. It's incredibly positive for participants to be able to talk with others who are in a similar situation and understand what they are going through."
- Support Group Facilitator
Evidence has shown that participating in a support group can greatly benefit patients and families coping with a brain tumor. NBTF maintains a comprehensive list of brain tumor support groups for patients and their families. 205 support groups spread across the United States and Canada are currently listed.
