U.S. House of Representatives passes resolution declaring the month of May as National Brain Tumor Awareness Month.
On May 21, 2008, the U.S. House of Representatives approved H Res 1124 to declare May as National Brain Tumor Awareness Month. The resolution was introduced by Representative Jan Schakowsky who was joined by 108 cosponsors.
