Register by Mail:
Call the Angel Adventure information line toll free 866-455-3214. Leave your name, telephone number, address and fax number or email and the event you are interested in. We are happy to fax, email or mail a registration form.

Once registered, NBTS will send you an Event Kit including sample fundraising materials, brain tumor facts, event details, map and directions, etc.

All participants should pre-register. Each adult participant is asked to raise a minimum amount (depending on event location). Minimum fundraising does not apply to students. After registration is received, an Event Kit will be sent to you with fundraising tips, event details and directions.

Step 2. Create a personal web page on the NBTS website
Set-up your Individual or Team fundraising page online. Family and friends can sponsor you by making online donations through your personal web page or they can mail donations to you directly. Donations should be tallied on your donation envelope (included in Event Kit) and turned in on walk day.

Step 3. Set your personal or team goal and begin fundraising
Start collecting donations immediately. Ask everyone you know to support this important cause by making donations to help you reach your fundraising goal and beyond! Refer to the Event Kit for a sample fundraising letter, brain tumor facts, tips and more.
*Employer matching gifts - ask your employer about a matching gift program. Include matching gift forms inside your donation envelope (included in Event Kit) and turn them in on walk day. Be sure to add the matching gift amount to your fundraising total on your donation envelope.
Step 4. Turn in donations on walk day
Check in at the registration area and turn in your tallied donation envelope on walk day.
Your fundraising dollars include:
- Registration fee
- Online donations
- Checks and cash in donation envelope
- Matching gifts (include matching gift form in envelope).
