At the end of year one of a two-year grant, and the end of years one and two of a three-year grant, a detailed progress report is required. For both one- and two-year grants, a comprehensive final report is mandatory upon timely completion of the project. NBTS will no longer accept applications from institutions wherein a research grant recipient has neglected to submit the required reports.
A statement from the Principal Investigator’s business/grants office attesting to the receipt and use of the funds (required by the IRS) must be submitted at the end of each year of funding.
Progress Reports are due on July 1, 2009 and Final Reports are due on October 31, 2009 for Standard and Advanced grants. Due dates for reports for Innovation grants will be determined based on dates of award. All can be submitted via e-mail to ctreadwell@braintumor.org.
